I have a windscreen washer that is faulty, the switch turning it on and off. I then request for it to be replaced under warranty and I get rejected because my car not been serviced. What does a windscreen switch have any thing to do with service. Ford has provided me so bad service sins I bought the car. every time I take it to service centre I have had these types of issues. I have to say I love my car yet, Ford services centres are very frustrating in dealing with them. Its not worth even having the warranty on the car as it seams at this point in time.
So overall I will not stand for this and just like to inform you that ford will charge you for warranty request, on part that's key in keeping me alive, This windscreen washer switch don't even have any thing to so with services.
