I took my Fiesta for the first 20 000km Service @ Lazarus Ford Centurion. When I phoned @ 16:30 to find out if my car was ready they said sorry my service only took 1hour and 30min. I had my car there at 08:00. They closed at 17:00 and I couldn't leave my car there overnight as I need my car for transport. I sent my fianc? to pick up my car. when he got there he just asked for my car keys by just showing them which car keys he needs. They didn't let him sign any paperwork, they just gave him the key. This is very bad service and will never take my car there for anything. Anyone could've just walked in and my car.
We as customers pay a lot to get our cars serviced and all we ask if for good service and at least have our cars washed.
