Complain
I bought a 320d BMW with reg YWX690GP from CMH group.
Leon is the Sales Executive who showe me the car and did the test drive with.
The car had 143000km on the clock, with no service plan.
I traded my Mercedes Benz C320 CDI 2012 model with 42000km on the clock.
The BOOK VALUEon the mercedes benz was approximately R456 000, 00
Concerns
1.Leon said the maggs on the BMW were brand new from BMW not an after markert stock. This is not true.
2.The bonnet and the fender on the left side has been respayed which Leon never revealed to me, Leon put more emphasis on the care being one owner driven and clean, with the back seats never used.
3.The Actual contract ballance on this 2010 BMW 320d is R425, 734.08 which I believe is not compatible to car.
I will like a proper deal on this car and spacialist to determine whether this is a fair deal or not.
