What a pleasure to deal with Leon on Sunday night. I have had terrible ping times for as long as I have had a line. Every previous call I have made I have been told to put my modem off and on again and call back later (awesome!) which really doesn't help, and if I am really lucky the consultant might recreate the port. Leon went the extra mile and logged a fault with Telkom and for the first time since I have had this line I know have super quick speeds. Thank you Leon for making the effort and for your superb service. I wish I could always deal with you, you are a star and you give me hope that dealing with mweb might just be worthwhile after all.
