I ordered 6 Real Deal Pizzas from Debonaires at Westwood Mall virtually 5 mins from my workplace. The order was placed at 12h50 to a gentleman named Leon. Waited until 13h40 and called. Leon said the guy left and should be there any minute. Called again at 13h50. Leon said he will call me back..he didnt. Called again at 14h23... still nothing. Leon said he will give a 20% discount. I cancelled the order as we had passed our lunch hour. The pizza arrives at 14h38. What's happened to Debonaires policy of prompt delivery? No apology from Leon just an okay and puts down the phone? An absolute disgusting service... You have lost 6 customers through your sloppy service. No more Debonaires for me...
