Vehicle went back 3 times after service not fixed

Sicnce my car was service by Hyhundai polokwane it went back 3 times for complaints, and every time it came back worse. On the service plan sparkplugs was booked out, when i ivestgated because the feul consumption is bad, i found that the wrong spark plugs was fitted and it was 2 different tipes and my one coil was broken at the wire conection. i had a meeting wth the DP and sevice manager, they promissed me a refund on the sparkplugs i bought and they will replace the coil. I never was refunded and the coil was replaced with a BROKEN second hand one.
