In short on the 28 of may 2013 car service city in bruma jhb replaced a coil pack and high tension load cables on my car which were/are perfectly working with faulty ones which i took it back to them and now they are refusing to refund me my money back for the faulty coil pack and cables. Also i was quoted wrong things just to rip me off instead of just replacing the faulty spark plugs on my car. Since when does replacing plugs on a car cost R2907.00. Please help me get my money back since the manager there says there is nothing he can do. Thanks Jack
