I took my car in for a service at 8am the morning of the 2/10/13.by 2:30 Hyundai only phoned me with a quote for the work to be done, by 4:30 I was there to collect and by 5pm I drove out of there. I left work at 6pm and drove home 7 km out later my oil light went on, drove home approx 3km further and parked the car. Next morning oil light went on again, car no power and can hardly drive it, huge noise coming out of engin. Phoned Multi franchise 3 times, they phoned back later, car was making a huge noise now. Drove to the workshop and then they (mechanic/workshop manager) wanted to tell me that it was my fault. I paid for a service, mechanic said he did a engin flash, new filters etc. Now it was my fault, because the old oil couldnt go through the filter, this is why this has happened and they will be very nice to me and not charge me as much!! My car didnt go in this way, no problem ever, no oil lights ever and it is my fault. My service was rushed, mechanic said he did his job, but the doubtful faces of the workshop manager was not convincing, no car for me to lend in this time, just sorry about this you must just get to work and get home. One week later, no car, no answer!!
