I had to collect a data card from MTN for my boss. He told me he had dealt with Reuben. I phoned 3 times every day for 5 days but did not get to speak to Reuben (he was always busy with a client) I left 2 to 3 messages a day for Reuben to phone me back but without any response. I spoke to some of the other employees at the MTN store about my boss's data card but the response I got every time is that Reuben will contact me back. All I wanted to know is if the card is ready for collection or not - And they couldn't even tell me that... This is the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. Highly disappointed.
