Seems that I am not the only one with this problem! We also didn't receive our advertising money last month as per our contract and when I went onto the website to check our account it says that the account has been cancelled. The Help Desk replied to my e-mail saying that I had 3 defaults and they have every right to cancel my contract. I immediately replied asking how I had defaulted and they have not replied yet after 2 days. The only way you can default is by not having the correct signage on your vehicle or by not sending your photos in. The signage I have on my car is the only signage I have ever been sent by them and I check every month to make sure that it looks the same as the diagram on their website as they have weaseled out of paying me once before by falsely saying the signage was wrong!! Since our last argument over signage they have paid me 3 times, I have not changed the signage, I have not missed sending any photos so how can I have possibly "defaulted"? They make it sound like I have missed a payment to them but you don't pay them anything so it's not that at all. They are just skellum and are looking of ways to save money for Xmas staff bonuses!!!
