Overcharging, bad attitude & poor service delivery

Our company ordered new signage from Grace Signage last year in November for a billboard advertisement. We are still struggling with them up until this day with receiving our signage from them. They have not provided us with any signs as of yet. The first "example" they brought to us was of bad quality and looked as if a 5 year old child designed it. We then did our own design for them to see how we would like it to look more or less. We asked them to "tweak" the design. They did nothing of the sort and really did no effort in making the design look more professional. As for their prices, they overcharge and under deliver. They quoted us on one sign for more or less R10, 000 and another company quoted us just under R5000. Mr & Mrs Nagel received optical frames from us to the value of R13, 000 and failed to settle their outstanding balance. According to Mr Nagel there was an arrangement that the balance would be deducted from our outstanding account with them, we did not agree to any such arrangement and asked them to settle the account, which they failed to do.
Please do not make use of this company! You will not get professional and friendly service!
