I just had an incident at your Galleria store. There is massive signage stating "Kelso plain vests, 1 for R59 and 2 for R99" with a variety of Kelso vests underneath as well as 2 models, one with a single colour vest and one right next to the signage in a plain striped vest. There were no vests for R59 which is the ones the manager purported were actually valid for the deal. Any reasonable customer walking in confidently stated that from the display they could safely determine that all the Kelso vests on the same shelf as the signage were applicable to the deal. I have photos of the display as further evidence of the false advertising that your manager very rudely and condescendingly dismissed. As a University graduate, I am highly offended with the manner in which I was treated. I trust that Head Office will sort out my mother's account with urgency to honour the store advertising.
