My vehical was used for what i pressume as joyride

When i dropped my vehicle off on the 27th of November for the dealership to respray the bumper after promising to do it for 8 months!!! i was given an loan car with not even half the features of my car. I was promised that it would take up until Friday afternoon the latest 29th. Friday afternoon i was on my way to pick my car up i was confronted with 3 different stories from 3 different employees. the Dealer Principal promised to phone me back but nothing happened. so delivery was moved to Monday. Monday morning on my way to pick up the car and again it was moved to Wednesday with out a phone call if i had not phoned them i would have traveled 85km to be sent away again. This morning i picked my car up to find that the on board computer had recorded a fuel consumption of 22.4km to a liter. my average reading is 9.2 liters when i drive fast which means who ever was driving the car must have been racing it. if the car was different remotely responsibly it would have been at no more then 9.2 BMW records urban driving at 7.5 for urban driving.
