When we looked @ the car there were issues that we were promised would be resolved. I also queried if the car had been in an accident and Ricky Narine kept saying not that he knew of. He would also not commit to writing this in an email. Eventually I got his manager to admit it had been in a small fender bender but the damage to the back of the car was small. We were promised when we picked the car up on Thursday 14th March all issues would be resolved. However we picked a whole range of issues on the delivery day. The car was booked in for Monday 19th March and kept until Saturday 23rd March.. However not everything was done. When I drove off the air was now not working & there were parking brake warnings. The car was taken on Tuesday 26th March and we still do not have it back. PreSale Ricky Narine promised Imperial would never sell a car that had issues & this car has been riddled. So we are now paying for a car that we are not driving. In total we should have had the car for 19 days. The car has been sitting in their workshop for 13 days for things that could have been fixed before the car was even sold.
