Mercedes Benz South Africa is a disgrace. They have been with my car for 4 months and no explanation whatsoever why they are not fixing it. There is a guy called Raven who always promise to get this sorted out but nothing has materialized. He doesn't return my calls nor update me as to what is happening. Today I called him and he told me that my car will be fixed next year. What nonsense is this? Initially l was told that it will take 14 days for my car to be fixed but it has taken 4 months now. They can't even give me a courtesy car. I'm being sent from pillar to post. This is pathetic, unprofessional, disheartening, unethical business practice. I will never ever buy any Mercedes product. I'm gonna take this up with the ombudsman. I have lost income because of this and Raven told me that there is nothing they can do.
