After driving on top of the small object along the N3 from Durban, upon stopping in Petermaritzburg, my vehicle was leaking fuel underneath. It has since been at Jeep from that Tuesday night 19/11/2013. On inspection the next morning, quotations were done in my presence and i submitted to my insurance for the replacement of the plastic tank. Its now two weeks down the line & they are telling me to take my vehicle but now there are further damages to the prop-shaft & xhaust. Mr Anand gives me callous untruthful sequence of events which resulted into them not picking up purported damages. This has caused me serious inconvenience & the current service is in stark contrast to great service offering received from sales teams when i purchase the vehicle & beyond. The leaking fuel tank which was free of fuel in the morning & wouldn't have prevented them from noticing the said damages right from the on set. They have "I dont care" attitude and up to now, they are are not keeping me abreast of what the developments are with my vehicle. Kindly assist with high level authority response to this impasse...
