IX35 Vehicle damaged at the dealer's premises

On the 27th June 2012 i took my vehicle in for its first minor service and signed the service document and no vehicle inspection was done on my presence which i had to sign and i fetched the vehicle after hours as a result of long awkward hours at my work and could not see any damages prior collection of the vehicle as it was dark. The following morning i saw the damages first on the side mirrors and that is when i inspected the whole vehicle to see for the first time the extant of the damages on my vehicle and i immediately drove back to the dealer / service station which denied any knowledge of the damages and i had no choice but leave with my damaged vehicle i phoned your head office in no vein did not get any assistance. I tried the Regent and Ombudsman in no vein no help, i have done everything in my power to get my vehicle repaired for the past year but nothing has worked so far, and i am left with no option now but to blacklist the dealer and whole company's name will be taunted.
