I bought my car less than a year ago - when I made the purchase I made it clear upfront that they must build into the price all costs associated to any service or issues arising, my example was that I only wanted to pay for petrol and tyres - I was assured that with the full warranty and warranty booster that I had taken everything would be covered.
Needless to say now that I have a broken seat back seat lever (what allows the back seat to fold down) I get told this is not a warranty claim and I must pay R4500. Not a chance!!! I have called the customer care and left message and to no avail, no feedback.
I am very dissapointed in the all round service I have recieved from Kia, right from point of sale.
