Purchased ultracare warranty. Asked specifically if cover was comprehenive, answer was yes. Called in to claim for back seat repair (seventh seat row), was told that its not covered. Called a while later to claim as rearview camera was malfuinctioning, told not covered??? How can the contract be ULTRACARE??? when it does not cover material aspects?
There is a sound on the motor, but I am too afraid to call them as it will probably be rejected as well!!!
HOW DO I CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN?
