Stressful Moving with JHB Movers

Johannesburg Movers was supposed to assist me on moving my household content on 30 November 2013. We setup an appointment for 14:00. I paid them in. Saturday at 10:52 I received an SMS with the driver's details. At 14:00 I called to ensure that everything was still on track. The driver, Jabulane, informed me that they are running late because they are still off-loading in Fourways, he will be at my place at 15:00, all fine, but in my business when I run late for an appointment I usually call my customer to inform them of the situation. I called again at 15:00 and my calls were rejected by the driver, got hold of him eventually and he told me he is STILL in Fourways and will only be at my place at 16:00. This now started too snowballed to a commitment I have made with the people moving into the place I was moving from. At 16:00 I called him constantly but my calls where all rejected and eventually got hold of him at 16:30, when he informed me the Truck broke down. SIGH!!! None of the management was available by phone. Eventually I had to find another removal company to move me at last minute. Hope I at least get a REFUND for NO service delivered!
