My wife booked her vehicle in for a routine service on 04/01/2013. After returning it twice with the same problem as originally reported and many telephonic excuses and inability it is now 31/01/2013 and after a component broke while in their possession she still has not received her car back in running condition. The DP has stipulated we can come and see him but it will change nothing. I will be requesting phone recordings to proof their inefficiency and bad manner they are now treating the problem. 27 days to sort out a problem. I am sure Audi SA could assist in this matter as we have been servicing our verhicle at a official AUDI dealer for the last 5 years.
