We ordered an A class Mercedes-Benz on the 18/04/2013. It was to arrive in Sept, which it never did. Come Nov, still no communication from Mercedes. I contacted them to inquire on the progress, and I was told that the vehicle will arrive in the 2nd week of Nov. Well needless to say, I had to call them every other day from that day till the 29th Nov cause there was just no communication. On the 29th Nov, I received a phone call from William Webber who is the sales person responsible for this deal. He informed me that the vehicle will be delivered at 13:00 and I must collect at 15:00. I got a call from the finance lady telling me that she hast received my deposit and won't get the car today if I don't bring a bank guaranteed cheque. Now I had to rush to the bank before 15:30 and try and get the cheque. I was also told that I must bring my wife so she can sign document. Am told all of this on the day and at 15:30. Had to rush and pick my wife from work and navigate the Johannesburg traffic to get Rosebank. When I get there, they have ordered a wrong vehicle. Am told that I can only get the car I ordered, in Oct14 with the 2 price increase and it won't have the specs I had ordered.
