I previously wrote a report 25 FEB.Autoquip stripped my hub previously and compensated me with an allignment voucher and i needed to collect my new lock nuts for my car.i sent my car recently for wheel allignment. When collecting my car after it was done i drove a km and someone stopped me to tell me my wheel was wobbly. i then saw this and immedietely contacted autoquip and was sent assistance. I then drove the car back to autoquip with a risk of my wheel falIing off. Upon reaching autoquip i was told that PETER the manager would assist me. he was dealing with a light skinned gentlemen with a smile on his face but when i was approached his attitude changed. he then went on to check the vehicle and told me aggresively that the car was like that when it got here? he then gave me a swak story that my 40k rimz is not right for the car. we then argued and he then told me i better take my F! @%^ car and F@#! $% off before he knocks me out. i then got into contact with the GM of autoquip Thys who assured me that this would be sorted out. i was told that he cant do anything to Peter as it is he's word against mines.10 MONTHS LATER STILL NO LOCK NUTS, APOLOGY LETTER. IS ALIVE AT AUTOQUIP!
