On 15 February 2013 I ordered an A Class Mercedes from Mercedes Sandown Bryanston for delivery 31 May 2013. On 7 May 2013 after I phoned the branch numerous times for information about delivery, I was informed I can not get the car because it was a Demo model. After fighting and communication I was informed on 09 May 2013 that management agreed to take the car out from the demo pool and allocate it to me. When I paid my booking deposit on 15 February 2013 I received the OTP/Quotation of R326 000. Now on 14 May 2013 I was informed I should sign the OTP to secure the car. The price is now R341 456.00. When I enquired why the difference in price I was informed that I can not ask/get discount? Just for clarity I never requested discount I only wanted my car for the price I initially ordered.
