I ordered a new A Class and was told the car would arrive in September. I then got a call from the sales manager telling me that my car would be delayed if I want a panaromic sunroof and I opted to wait since I was really looking forward to getting the spec I ordered. He apologized and assured me he would keep me in the loop. Now in September, after numerous calls to them, I get a call saying if I want the sunroof then I will have to pay about R40k extra because of their price increase. We had an agreement and you couldn't deliver on time. Now you want me to pay you more because you didn't uphold your side of the deal?! Very dissatisfied with Mercedes South Africa
