Misrepresented vehicle on the interner-when I phoned in regard to vehicle I was asked to place deposit of good intent, which was duly done by EFT. Caught flight to Johannesburg from Durban to view vehicle with intention to purchase. On sighting vehicle, all was not well, no start, accident damage, missing pieces off vehicle, airconditioning not working, loose under protective plates, no service book, no spare key, and vehicle generally run down. Dion advised that he would rectify problems which to a lesser extent he did as the vehicle was unsellable in its existing state-he obviously still wanted the sale. However I was no longer willing to purchase and although my original intent was as a serious buyer, the deposit was to hold vehicle overnight to allow me to travel from Durban to Johannesbug. Requested my deposit back to be told that this would be done at the discretion of the Russian owner Eugene. My R2000 deposit has now been forfeited and I am treated with total disinterest. BE WARY OF THIS TYPE OF 2ND HAND CAR DEALER.
