No sense of client satisfaction

I have purchased a vehicle from Earn a Car with good faith that the sales rep would be honest to let me know if there are any defaults with the car, I did ask him and he answered no! I traveled from Durban to Jnb to purchase this vehicle, upon me viewing the vehicle I did come across a few concerns, which I did point out to the sales rep, William, he did assure me the car was in good condition. After a few weeks I did notice an invoice in the car that reflected that there was a lot of work done on the car. My main concern was that the car was in an accident. I did bring it to Earn a cars attention and notified them that I don't want this car which is unstable, as I travel with my family daily in this vehicle and their safety is my main concern. I offered to pay more for another vehicle and after many weeks of investigation on Earn a cars side they refuse and leave me with unreasonable options. Basically to get my business they offered client satisfaction, now they don't care as I have already paid a large deposit to which they not willing to reimburse instead they want me to keep a vehicle that I am not happy with and is unsafe to travel in. they don't want to negotiate
