After being passed around, it was confirmed the the parts the they were waiting for, was actually received.
I was told I can wait while repairs was done, just to be told it will take the entire day.
Then I was told it will only be done at 4pm the following day.
The following day, after the repair assessment, one job wasn't even done at all.
I was never contacted during any event for feedback nor apologised for any inconvenience.
It was extremely frustrating dealing with Gateway Autobody.
