Bought Merc with Mercedes Benz Financial Services, was also sold Bodyguard and TyreGuard Insurance as well as fully comprehensive insurance. Collected car, found two chips on windscreen, tried to claim off Bodyguard Insurance, NO response, NO response from Ida Foxcroft, Business Manager, with whom documents were signed. Date of Collection 8 th November, now 27th November... still no response. Then tried to claim of comprehensive insurance, NO response...
