At the end of June my car was delivered to Tekton Autobody Repairs for body repairs. Its been 2 1/2 months & I have still not received my car. When I called last week the car was apparently ready & upon collection I was told that Outsurance has been skimming on repairs cost. I had a look at the car & the after repair paint work was chipped & the car looked like it had to been fixed properly. I had then requested from Nicole Louw the quote so that I could query why Outsurance is skimming on the payments, Nicole then proceeded to go 'fetch' the quote but never returned leaving me standing there for over an hour without any acknowledgement. I left the repair shop. I then proceeded to ask my sister to contact the auto body shop & she was met with complete hostility from Nicole via emails & over the phone. She called again today to inquire when I can collect but once again Nicole Louw was no where to be found. I am at my wits end with this company and I dont see why it should take up to 2 1/2 months to repair a car. I can definitely say that if they are ever recommended to my by Outsurance I will refuse to use them. They should be removed from Outsurance auto shop repair panel.
