Cash refund for Battery purchased

My insurance Auto & General sent my car (Reg. No: PYX131GP) for repairs at TC Autobody Repair Centre. After repairs were done the car was handed over to myself on the 29th of November 2013. on the same day I found out that the car batter was functioning as expected and I reported the matter to TC Autobody Repair Centre - Ms Herriet Mngomezulu. I took it for testing and it was found to have dead cells. I informed her of the damages. After speaking to her seniors she told me that they were willing to replace the battery. I suggested to buy it and asked them to refund me after. She agreed and told me email them the invoice/slip. I bought the battery for R740.00. On the 4th of December 2013 I did email the invoice/slip and she confirmed to have received the email. She promised me that I was gonna be paid within that week. I didn't get it and I kept calling her for feedback & updates and she told me that she was doing her best to get their financial department to pay me. My last communication with her was on the 20th of December, just before they closed for holidays and she was still promising me that they were gonna pay me, but I still haven't received that cash.
