No after sales service

Since I bought the car in August, I've come the conclusion that this company is quick to sell and take your money but no good at keeping contractual agreements; discussed at the time of sale was the latest service and the fact that there was no key. I've now done and paid for this myself; see invoice for service and spare key.

Here is my last email to Basie where I gave an opportunity for him to respond but I didn't expect it has he has only responded once during the entire time.

Hi Basie, I'm still waiting for the OTP number for the lights.

Invoice for the service and key that should have been done on this car before I bought it totalling R12524; it would have been the right thing to do.

However it does not appear that Centurion Motors is a company that does the right thing. As part of that invoice, you'll also notice the spare key that I had to purchase at my own cost as well even though it was written and agreed on the contract I signed never mind all the email communicate subsequent to the purchase.

I have nothing against you personally, you seem to be helpful however in the end it was just another sales job with absolutely no after sales service what so ever.
