Compliments to Kia Motors Centurion, specifically Rob Gough (Sales Executive) who assisted me from the day I walked in looking for my dream car up until the day I drove out with my new 2013 Kia Sedona.
I experienced a quality of service not seen very often these days. Rob has truly gone the extra mile by not only helping me get the car I need, but also giving me an extra week (after I bought the new car from his floor) to try and get a better offer for my trade in via a private sale while keeping his offer on the table.
With the extras I needed on the car he again did not hesitate to assist. From arranging pick-up/delivery to perform the installations all the way to ordering a specific switch which does not normally come with this kind of motor vehicle purchase. At an extra cost you might have thought? Not a chance. The price for the extras stayed exactly the same as if I would have gone to the fitment centres myself.
Thank you again Rob for making this purchase so much easier and proving that quality service is not a thing of the past.
