Selling poor quility parts

On the 18 of March 2013, we had to replace our altenator in our CAM Rhino Bakkie, we were refered to gindra motors to buy an original part as we did not want to purchase a pirot part. BIG BIG BIG mistake. The altenator only lasted 3 months and once we calledthe supplier, they told us that there is no guarantee, this on a prt that cost R 1600.00. After numerous attempts to get hem to assist us, we still did not get any service. Their reasons.
They state ttat there is a six month guarantee if they fit it, and it is printed on the invoice. There is nothing printed on the invoice, thus this is false. They agreed to assist us, but once we arrived, they changed their story and said there is no guarantee. We have to get someone to tow the vehicle at our own cost and they will maybe check it. We did however take the part to them but they refused to help us. There is so many discreptancies in what they tell you and what they promise that it is too much to mention. The bottom line is no after sales service and poor quality parts, although they claim to be a verified CAM part supplier. This service is disgusting
