I bought a kia k2700 bakkie double wheel for R205 000 cash, they are under Agenbaag motors group. The bakkie did not have both spare wheels. I waitted close to 3 months before I could get my spare wheels, I reffered the motorotoo Legal and Tax Services to make a letter of demand on my behalf.
around July/August they supplied me with a 5 hole wheel instead of a 6 hole wheel, when reporting the matter to them they distanced themselves from it. Claiming they have supplied correct wheels, but refused to furnish supporting document in the form of an invoice or delivery note with specs. Reported to kia SA, unfortunately never responded even once to my mail, rather they forwarded my mail to the dealership. Arogant Sales Manager as well as Sales person would attend me outside the store standing on my feet. My car is still without a spare wheel. Im considering contacting ombusman now as my last resort.
