I had the most best assistance ever yesterday 25/06/2013 from VENESH from BOSCH AMANZIMTOTI, he assisted so well and has so much of respect, BOSCH knows well how to pick they staff, i had so many problems with my warranty which VENESH assisted and guided me all the way, my warranty had some IT problems apparently but VENESH knew its a basic part and must be covered, if it wasn't for him i would have let it go, today I called him again 26/06/2013 and he said that he will do all the follow ups, he called me in less then a hour with good news saying its all approved, Going foward Bosch will be the only place i take my vehicle for repairs and service!!! and going to tell everyone about they help!!! I HOPE BOSCH CONVEYS THIS MESSAGE TO HIM AS HE KNOWS WELL WHAT HE IS DOING, THANKS VENESH AND BOSCH TEAM :-)
