Update on bad Turbo Installation

An update on my previous complaint: I have been contacted by Bosch who are willing to assist me - Thank you.

I received the comprehensive report back from Turbo Direct, the suppliers of my turbo. They have clearly proven that the reason for my turbo failing is due to bad installation from Bosch Alberton. Here is their reasons:

Blocked/Restricted oil feed line
Insufficient oil pressure
Blocked oil pickup
Sludge inside engine
Contaminated oil passages

I have done extensive research and as any good workshop/car dealer will tell you - ALL of the above listed faults HAVE to be checked, replaced and serviced. On the original Bosch Alberton Invoice, it ONLY states Replacing of Turbo and the cost. NO WHERE does it state that they checked/cleared/flushed out pipes, pressure tested or checked the intercooler, looked for oil and sludge blockages, or even looked at these things. If they had, they would have listed it and charged for it. This has also damaged my Intercooler.

I do not wish to be nasty, I simply ask that Bosch Car Service will show some integrity and good customer service and make a monetary contribution to the repairs I need to pay for.
