I recently went to enquire about renting a car first from the drop off area and then in the main office area. My bank has a group deal with them.
There was literary no service in the main drop off area. Not a single person manning counters. Behind the door you could hear staff laughing and going on, but not one person interested in customer service
Then to the main building. 10% of staff working, not very interested in customer service,
I even took photos as I could not believe it!
Needless to say I walked out.
I followed up by a letter to Customer service. It was not even acknowledged.
Be warned... Europcar staff are not interested. Do not waste your time with them
