Purchased a used Ford Territory from this dealership some 8 months ago and on testing the vehicle found various things needed doing to bring it to a fault free status in my eyes. All was done without any hassle however the vehicle had a strange noise in the rear at 100 kph which was tackled by way of doing the wheel bearings and tyres which seemed to cure the problem when tested. Having done some 8000 kms since then and now had the car in for service at the Ford Dealers I am informed that the noise which has returned is caused due to all 3 diff carrier bushes being broken which is a weak point on these vehicles. I'm now faced with a bill of R3500 to have these fixed and on informing Top Gear that this surely should have been picked up during their intense presale inspection I am unfortunately informed that I accepted the vehicle as OK so sorry it's my problem. In summary can only say that they are one of the most reputable dealers I've bought a vehicle from but make sure you get a full AA or other professional check of any vehicle you may fancy from them, as my overlooking the bush problem on mine is going to be a very expensive Christmas present!
