I would like to complain about the service we received at KEY Pietermaritzburg.
On 2013/08/22 one of our Isuzu KB200 bakkies overheated and were taken to KEY Pietermaritzburg where we normally service our vehicles in that area.
The vehicle is still under guarantee with 70250 km on the clock.
The service adviser helping us at that dealer was Clinton Aiyre.
For 35 days the vehicle were standing at KEY PMB while the service adviser told us that he is waiting for GM to inspect the vehicle. Then he told us that the engine is going to be replaced under warranty and that he is waiting for the authorization from GM. On 13/09/25 i realized that all of this is and that they haven'd touched the engine and no one from GM was there. Also his story changed and he told me that the vehicle repairs will not be covered by the warranty. The vehicle is working on a contract and we are paying penalties if the vehicle is not on site. We own a fleet that include 93 GM vehicles and i don't think this is the way GM should treat their customers. Very poor service and we are doing business with them all the time.
