I went to Isuzu to buy a new Isuzu 300 LX. They offered to settle my old Isuzu which was R118 849.58 so I went ahead with the deal. I gave my old Isuzu in on 25/09/2012 and collected my new Isuzu on the same day. Mc Carthy Silverton only paid the old Isuzu off at West bank on 08/10/2012. Due to the late payment of the old Isuzu by Mc Carthy West bank deducted a premium (R5498.00) on the old Isuzu making the settlement R113 351.58. This is not what I agreed and signed for with Mc Carthy. After various discussions to try and get back my premium from Mc Carthy I have still had no joy. With in the first 6000km of driving my new Isuzu the front tyres had run down completely, I took the bakkie to Isuzu because this can not be right they did the alignment and replaced the front two tyres, at 29500km the front tyres had run down again and I had to replace these tyres. I took it to Bop Tyres in Mogwase, North West to do the alignment, they had to remove 3 x 5mm spacers to be able to correct the alignment. My bakkie runs perfectly now. Do Isuzu actually know what they are doing? I would not recommend any one support them, I wont!
