Service plan paid for but not valid

Last year I bought a Toyota Yaris T3 on December 24th 2012, the car has had many issues, spare tyre rim bent, fender liner missing, no parcel rack, clunking noise, only fender lining was sorted out after availing them ample opportuinity. Two weeks ago I went to an RMI Garage to book it in for a service as per the service plan id bought or as the salesman just added without my permission, turns out the service plan company liquid capital didnt even know who I was. I returned to Hyandai Pinetown fuming, and had to deal with a lady called Nerisha, Iwas asked to send in the front page of my policy document signed, which I did. I have been waiting 2 weeks now, Iv tried phoning and e mailing but no response. I am sick and friken tired of this pathetic service that I have been subject to. I paid good money for this car, infact im still paying the finance institution. If I dont get a response soon Iwill be taking legal action.
