Today was the 3rd seperate incident in a row that Menlyn BMW FAILS to call me back after taking my contact details to phone me back because they are to busy. Please do not leave a message with them and rather phone back in 10min. This will save a lot of frusration. Menlyn BMW can rather say upfront that a customer must call back.
