Car damaged by Menlyn auto after service

My car was taken in for a service on 13 March at 7am checked in by mini service department, my car was feteched after being send an sms my car is ready at 16:45, when I got my car back, my car had been damaged by menlyn auto mini department there where 12 scratch marks on my boot where all of the paint is off, they damaged my car and never took responsiibility for it, I called the floor manager to come and inspect what happend to my car while it was in menlyn auto mini departmant hands, he just looked at it and the said i must sort it out with the lady who booked my car in, I then told her about it and I showed her the damage to my car, she checked my car in and confirmed that they where responsilble, never did I receive a sorry and we will fix this for you I was told the manager is already home and he is not answering his phone and she would sort it out, well its now 10 0`clock on Thursday and still I havent even received a phone call, this is the worst service i have ever received you should think if they damage your car they would fix it and at least say sorry but no menlyn auto does not do that they just ignore it. Worst service ever and no respect for your car at all!!
