So NEDBANk arrange to have my card delivered to me by UTi, they phone and make arrangements to deliver to my office in Midrand, by 11:00 last Thursday, I left the office at 11:30 due to commitments and was phoned at 11:32 to say they had arrived, so we reschedule for the next day at 11:00. They arrived at 13:00 and I was once again off-site, rescheduled for 14:00 and I was phoned at 16:00 to ask if I was available. Scene 2, we reschedule for today the 22 by 11:00, Robert gets here at 11:00... I produce my paperwork which is precisely what they requested in the SMS, a copy of my Green bar Coded ID, and a photocopy of my current water and lights account, which shows my name and residential address. This was refused as I had not copied the reverse side of the water and lights account. I have requseted UTi Couriers to return the card to NEDBANk as they are obviously not equipped to handle this task. Funny thing, I hope to receive a delivery from FNB next week... I will contact them to let them know that I will refuse the delivery by UTi.
