Promised that my deposit will be returned to me and i have been waiting for almost a year, i Returned the car to Avis OR Tambo on the 3rd of January 2013 and still haven't received my deposit up until now.
i inquired around May 2013 and was told that head office would pay in 3 days and i guess 3 days has turned into yet another long wait.
