Late last night driving home in a storm I realised that both headlights had blown on my year and a half old Nissan Qashqai (which was bought at another Nissan dealership), first thing this Friday morning I took the vehicle to IC Auto Nissan Roodepoort to have them repaired, when I arrived without having made a booking, I was greeted by a friendly Marinna and Andries. I was informed that they were fully booked and where also closing early due to their yearend function, but they assured me that they would try their utmost sort the headlights out. I left my vehicle with them and less than an hour later I was called by Marinna to tell me they had found the problem and replaced both headlight bulbs, and on top of that they did not charge a cent as they said they had a spare set lying around in the parts department. WOW, thank you. What great friendly efficient service, I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle at IC Auto Roodepoort.
