I took my car in for repairs at Proline as they are the repairers of choice from my insurer Budget Insurance. I dropped off the car on the 29th of October 2013 and I was promised that the car would take between 10-15 days, They promised that Aadil would keep me updated about the progress of the car at least once a week which never happened as i had to call him more than five times before i can finally get hold of him every time i need an update and at times could't get hold of him and i would leave messages for him to call me back which he never did. when I am lucky and get hold of him he always gives me the same response that the car will be ready in two weeks and i explained to him that the prolonging of the repairs is having an effect on my budget as i am a consultant which means in the interim i need to hire cars to get to my clients and he promised me a courtesy car which never materialized. Then called Robbie and he directed me to Mary-Jane who promised to get to the bottom of the situation which of course never happened, now im struggling to get hold of Mary-Jane. A week ago i was told my car is at the spray painting prep and a week later i get the same feedback. RIDICULOUS!
