I have taken in my car to Proline for repairs. i was allocated a contact person to update me on the progress.
when i calll she does not pick up the phone. when i email she either does not respond or tell me the samething she told me the previous week. she makes no initiative to update me about my vehicle. It feels like my case is not being taken serious enough. when i got a quote they (Ricky Ponnan) promised 2 weeks lead time. Its two weeks now and i am still waitng, and do not know when i will get back my vehicle.
