I logged a complaint on Wed 30 Oct 13, and was told by the supplier that my complaint was forwarded to the branch to be sorted. Today three weeks down the line and still not a single word from EuropCar about they money they took from my mother's bank account. As far as we're concerned we will be communicating to everyone we know about how EuropCar loves taking money and not communicating about what the amounts are for. We will never use EuropCar brand in any country we go to as it seems EuropCar love money from customers with no explanation... In my opinion EuropCar stands for!
